ABOUT TAMMY MILLER
Tammy Miller lives in Lincoln, NE. She is a native of Ohio with a background in Commercial Art from the University of Akron. She works with acrylics, watercolors, and mixed media.
Tammy's most recent achievement is the winner of the America 250 Poster Contest for the city of Lincoln, Nebraska in the professional division. Her work has also been displayed at WallSpace Gallery in Lincoln, Nebraska Innovation Campus, Bryan Health Medical Center Gallery and Red Path Gallery in Seward, NE.
Tammy was one of 5 Lincoln artists selected to have her artwork displayed on a billboard for the 2022 and 2023 Lincoln Arts Festival. In 2021, she was chosen one of four "Emerging Artists" by the Lincoln Arts Council. She created the "Cost of Freedom" sculpture in 2019 for the Serving Hands Project. It currently stands in front of the Veterans Administration Building on 70th Street in Lincoln, NE.
In her free time, she enjoys biking, spending time outdoors and performing with her husband Dave in the classic rock cover band, B Street Band.
